We'd love to hear about your dog — their name, personality, and what they need. We'll get back to you quickly.
Meet & Greet
We schedule a personal meet & greet to assess your dog's temperament and build their profile. Included with your first month's membership.
First Service
Once your dog is a member, book your first walk, daycare, or boarding. You'll get photo updates and a report after every session.
What to bring to your meet & greet
We'll send you a short intake form after you reach out. Here's what we'll cover so we can get to know your dog properly.
Vaccination Records
Proof of Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella. Current flea/tick prevention info and any medications.
Behavior & Personality
Energy level, temperament, triggers, how they are with other dogs and people. The more we know, the better we can care for your dog.
Routine & Preferences
Feeding schedule, commands they know, leash behavior, favorite activities, and any quirks we should know about.
A Photo of Your Dog
Helps our handlers identify your dog on day one. A clear, recent photo is perfect.
Emergency Contact & Vet
Your vet's name and number, plus a backup contact in case we can't reach you.

Love language, favorite treats, comfort items, and anything that helps us give your dog the best experience.
