Why is membership required?
Membership means your dog is known to us before day one. We know their temperament, routine, and needs. It filters for committed, quality-focused clients and creates a relationship-first dynamic — not a transactional one. Book 4+ services per month and your next month's membership fee is waived.
What is the meet & greet?
Every membership starts with a personal meet & greet. It's included in your first month. We assess your dog's temperament, energy level, and compatibility so we can match them with the right handler and group. It's not a formality — it's how we keep every dog safe.
What vaccinations are required?
All dogs must be up to date on Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella. Please bring proof of vaccination at your meet & greet.
How big are your groups?
4 dogs maximum for daycare. 5 dogs maximum per walker. We don't pack 30 dogs into a room and call it socialization. Small groups mean better supervision, less overstimulation, and dogs that actually get attention.
Will I get updates during service?
Yes, always. Photo and video updates during every service — walks, daycare, and boarding. Plus post-walk reports and proactive communication if anything is off. You'll never wonder what happened while your dog was with us.
What if my dog doesn't do well in groups?
No problem. We offer private walks and solo care options. Our internal temperament assessment helps us determine the right fit — some dogs thrive in small groups, others do best one-on-one. We match appropriately.
How do credits and rewards work?
Every service booked earns 1 credit worth $5. Credits accumulate and can be redeemed toward any future service. Book 4+ services in a month and your next month's membership fee is waived. Refer a friend and earn 2 bonus credits when they complete their first month.
What about multi-dog households?
Each dog requires its own membership at $50/month. All services include a multi-dog discount: $10 off walks, $15 off daycare, and $20 off boarding for additional dogs from the same household.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancel anytime with no penalty or fee. Unused credits are forfeited upon cancellation. Rejoining requires a new membership and a new meet & greet.
Do prices go up on holidays?
No. Your dog's rate stays the same on holidays — Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, July 4th, all of them. We absorb any holiday costs internally because we believe consistent pricing is part of the trust we build with our members.
How do you ensure my dog's safety?
Every dog goes through a meet & greet and internal temperament assessment before any service. We rate dogs across multiple categories and match them thoughtfully. High-needs dogs go to our most experienced handlers. We don't take every dog — we take dogs we can genuinely care for well.
