Book 4 or more services in a calendar month and your next month's membership fee is waived. Hit that consistently and your membership is effectively free.
Example Scenarios
4 walks/month ($200). Membership waived next month. 4 credits ($20) banked.
2 services/month. Membership stays $50. Still earn 2 credits ($10) banked.
6 services/month. Membership waived. 6 credits ($30) banked. After 10 months: two free walks.

Redemption Examples
Referral Program
Refer a friend. When they complete their first full month of services, you earn 2 credits ($10 toward future services). No cap on referrals.
Multi-Dog Households
Each dog requires its own membership at $50/month. Credits and the 4-service reward are earned and tracked per dog independently. All services include multi-dog discounts.
No Holiday Surcharges
Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, July 4th — your rate stays the same. We don't upcharge on holidays. We absorb the extra costs internally because consistent pricing is part of the trust we build with our members.
Founding Member Program
Be one of the first 20 members and get a simplified, more generous reward structure. Founding members retain their benefits even after we transition to the standard credit system.

No Lock-In
Cancel anytime with no penalty or fee. Unused credits are forfeited upon cancellation. Rejoining requires a new membership and a new meet & greet.
